  • Where are Bananasnap products printed? All our products are print on-demand in Europe and CE compliant.

 

  • What are the Custom Face Socks material? How to wash them? The socks are 100% polyester you can wash it in the washing machine at 30 degrees program.

 

  • Will the face socks print fade once washed? Nope. We use the best printed method, the print or socks color won't goes away once washer. 

 

  • How are the Face Socks size? The size is normal, however if you hesitate between two sizes, we always recommend to take the bigger.

 

  • Are the Mini Me Dolls machine Washable? Yes, there is a removalble outer that can be wash at 30 degrees. 

 

  • Where is my order? Our custom made gifts takes a few day to manufacture. Once ready, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. If you did not received this email, just be patient. Are you worried of not receiving your order on time? You don't have to be, we ship all our orders with tracked service from our european warehouse. 

 

  • Covid-19 update: Our production team, warehouse and couriers are working as usual and as safely as they can, some orders could experience minor delays, especially if your country is on quarantine.
